It is Saturday and nothing is happening except my daughter who is 24 is complaining. She fell down the stairs and hurt her head. She may never be the same.

You mentioned you make plans then don't always follow through. Start with little steps. Carry a notebook, an old composition book will do and write three sentences a day. Or use your phone and type them in and then email to one seperate email site that will only have your emails. In a year you have a first draft. All my best!
